Jamaat al Islami (Urdu: جماعتِ اسلامی, "Blok Islam" Jamaat, JI) adalah partai politik Islam yang didirikan oleh Sayyid Abul A'la Maududi pada 24 Agustus 1941 di Lahore, Kemaharajaan Britania,[1] dan merupakan partai religius tertua di Pakistan.[1] Kini organisasi dengan tujuan dan ideologi yang mirip muncul di India, (Jamaat-e-Islami Hind), Bangladesh (Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh), Kashmir, dan Sri Lanka, dan terdapat hubungan persaudaraan yang dekat.
