James Britt Donovan (29 Februari 1916 – 19 Januari 1970)[1][2] adalah seorang pengacara, perwira Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat dalam Jawatan Pengembangan dan Riset Saintifik dan Jawatan Layanan Strategis yang menjadi konsel umum dari OSS (pendahulu CIA), dan negosiator diplomatik internasional asal Amerika Serikat.[3] Donovan diperankan oleh Tom Hanks dalam film nominasi Oscar tahun 2015 Bridge of Spies.
