Jan Fabricius
Jan Fabricius (30 September 1871 – 23 November 1964) adalah dramawan Belanda. Ia adalah ayah Johan Fabricius, yang juga seorang penulis.
Biografi
Pada usia 20 tahun, Jan Fabricius bertolak ke Nederlands-Indie dengan menyambung hidup sebagai pencetak, namun dengan cepat ia menjadi wartawan dan 10 tahun kemudian kembali ke Belanda sebagai pemimpin redaksi sejumlah surat kabar, seperti Wereldkroniek, Spaarnebode dan Nieuwe Courant. Atas permintaan Frits Bouwmeester (saudara aktor Louis Frederik Johannes Bouwmeester]]), ia menulis naskah teater pertamanya yang berjudul Met de handschoen getrouwd (Menikah Melalui Perantara), Eenzaam (Sendiri) dan De rechte lijn (Jalan yang Benar).
