Lawrence Jay Duplass (lahir 7 Maret 1973)[1] adalah seorang sutradara, penulis dan pemeran asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena membuat film-film The Puffy Chair (2005), Cyrus (2010), dan Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2011), dalam kolaborasi dengan adiknya, Mark Duplass.
