PT Jaya Real Property Tbk merupakan perusahaan publik yang bergerak dalam bidang properti dan bermarkas di Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1979. Perusahaan sebelumnya bernama Bintaro Raya sejak pendirian hingga tahun 1992.
Perusahaan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 1994 dan tergabung dalam grup Jaya, perusahaan properti, konstruksi dan pariwisata yang dimiliki Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta 40% dan swasta 60%.
