Jean-Joseph Marcel (24 November 1776 – 11 Maret 1854) adalah seorang pencetak dan insinyur asal Prancis. Ia juga merupakan seorang savant yang menyertai kampanye di Mesir tahun 1798 oleh Napoleon sebagai anggota Commission des Sciences et des Arts, sebuah korps yang terdiri dari 167 pakar teknikal.
