Jean-Paul Costa (3 November 1941 – 27 April 2023) adalah seorang yuris (ahli hukum) asal Prancis yang dikenal akan kiprahnya sebagai hakim sekaligus Ketua Hakim di Mahkamah Hak Asasi Manusia Eropa.[1] Ia mulai menjabat sebagai hakim di mahkamah tersebut pada 1998. Masa jabatannya sebagai hakim berakhir pada 2010.
