Dame Annie Jean Macnamara, DBE (1 April 1899 – 13 Oktober 1968) adalah seorang dokter medis dan ilmuwan asal Australia, yang dikenal atas jasanya dalam kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak. Ia diangkat menjadi Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire pada 1935.
