Jeffrey Lynne OBE (born 30 December 1947) merupakan penyanyi, penulis musik, produser musik, dan multi-instrumentalis berkebangsaan Inggris yang merupakan salah satu pembentuk dari band rock Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). ELO dibentuk pada tahun 1970 sebagai cabang dari band The Move di mana Lynne juga merupakan anggota. Setelah keluarnya Roy Wood dari ELO pada tahun 1972, Lynne menjadi pemimpin band tersebut dan menjadi penulis dan produser semua lagu ELO setelah keluarnya Roy Wood.

Setelah bubarnya ELO pada tahun 1986, Lynne merilis dua album solo yaitu Armchair Theatre pada tahun 1990 dan Long Wave pada tahun 2012. Selain itu, ia menjadi produser berbagai artis seperti George Harrison, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Paul McCartney, dan Ringo Starr. Pada tahun 1988 menggunakan pseudonym Otis Wilbury dan Clayton Wilbury, Lynne menjadi salah satu pembentuk dari supergrup Traveling Wilburys bersama George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, dan Tom Petty. Pada tahun 2014, Lynne membentuk kembali ELO dan melanjutkan membuat musik dan tur menggunakan nama "Jeff Lynne's ELO".

Lynne masuk ke Rock and Roll Hall of Fame pada tahun 2017 sebagai anggota dari ELO.[1]
