Jessica Ulrika Meir (IPA: /mɪər/; lahir 1 Juli 1977) adalah seorang antariksawan NASA, pakar biologi keluatan dan fisiologis. Ia sebelumnya menjadi Asisten Profesor Anestesia di Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, menyusul riset pasca-doktoral dalam bidang fisiologi komparatif di University of British Columbia.[1][2] Ia sebelumnya belajar fisiologi selam dan perilaku penguin kaisar di Antarktika,[3] dan fisiologi angsa kepala bergaris yang dapat bermigrasi di atas Himalaya.[4]
