James Hovis Hodges (lahir 19 November 1956) adalah seorang pengusaha, jaksa, dan politikus Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Gubernur Carolina Selatan ke-114 dari 1999 sampai 2003. Sejak kemenangannya pada 1998, Hodges masih menjadi satu-satunya anggota Partai Demokrat yang terpilih pada jabatan Gubernur Carolina Selatan sejak pemilu 1982.
