James "Jimmy" McMillan III (lahir 1 Desember 1946)[2] adalah seorang aktivis politik, calon abadi, dan veteran Perang Vietnam asal Amerika Serikat, serta seorang mantan petugas pos dan penyidik swasta dari Brooklyn, New York.
