Joseph Lo Truglio (lahir 2 Desember 1970) adalah seorang aktor, pelawak, dan penulis asal Amerika. Dia semakin dikenal atas perannya sebagai Charles Boyle di serial televisi lawakan Brooklyn Nine-Nine dari Fox. Selain itu ia juga mengisi peran di serial The State dan Reno 911!. Lo Truglio pernah membintangi beberapa film terkenal seperti Wet Hot American Summer, I Love You Man, Superbad, Paul, Role Models, dan Wanderlust.
Kehidupan pribadi
Lo Truglio menikah dengan aktris Beth Dover pada 19 April 2014,[1]. Mereka sempat bermain bersama dalam serial Brooklyn Nine-Nine pada episode "Fancy Brudgom"[2] dan musim ke-3 dari Burning Love serta Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp. Atas pernikahannya mereka, mereka memiliki satu putra bernama Eli.[3]
