John Francis Dearden (15 Oktober 1907 – 1 Agustus 1988) adalah seorang prelatus Gereja Katolik Roma asal Amerika Serikat. Ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Agung Detroit dari 1958 sampai 1980, dan diangkat menjadi kardinal pada 1969. Ia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Uskup Pittsburgh dari 1950 sampai 1958.
