John Fendall, Jr. (9 Oktober 1762 – 10 November 1825) adalah seorang pejabat Inggris yang diserahi tugas untuk transisi masa penjajahan Inggris ke Belanda lagi setelah Kongres Wina pada tahun 1816.
Fendall menjembatani masa pemerintahan Raffles dengan Van der Capellen.
