John Fru Ndi (7 Juli 1941 – 12 Juni 2023) adalah pendiri dan pemimpin Social Democratic Front (SDF), sebuah partai politik di Kamerun. Ia adalah calon presiden dari partai ini pada 1992 dan 2004. Pada 1992 ia mendapat suara 36% melawan Presiden Paul Biya yang mendapatkan 40%. Bersama dengan partai-partai oposisi lainnya, ia memboikot pemilu berikutnya pada bulan Oktober 1997. Pada bulan Oktober 2004 ia menduduki tempat kedua dengan 17,4% melawan 71% untuk Biya.[1]
