Joseph D’Silva (9 Februari 1932 – 17 November 2006) adalah seorang rohaniwan Katolik Roma India. Dari 1992 sampai 2006, ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Bellary.
Kiprah
Joseph D’Silva menerima penahbisan imamat pada 9 April 1960. Pada 1992, Paus Yohanes Paulus II mengangkatnya menjadi Uskup Keuskupan Bellary. Ia menerima penahbisan episkopal pada 9 Maret 1993 dari Alphonsus Mathias, Uskup Agung Bangalore, didampingi oleh Basil Salvadore D’Souza, Uskup Mangalore, dan Ignatius Paul Pinto, Uskup Emeritus Bangalore. Ia meninggal dunia di kantor episkopalnya pada 17 November 2006.
