Joseph Oesterlé (lahir pada tahun 1954) adalah seorang matematikawan berkebangsaan Prancis yang telah merumuskan konjektur abc, sebuah konjektur yang disebut sebagai "masalah terpenting yang belum terpecahkan dalam analisis Diophantus". Konjektur tersebut dirumuskan bersama dengan David Masser.[2][3]

Joseph merupakan anggota dari Bourbaki.[4]
