Mar Joseph Parecattil (1 April 1912 – 20 Februari 1987) adalah seorang prelatus Gereja Katolik Siro-Malabar India. Ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Agung Ernakulam dari 1956 sampai 1984, dan diangkat menjadi kardinal pada 1969.[1]
