Joshua Eugene Harris (lahir 30 Desember 1974 di Dayton, Ohio) adalah seorang pendeta dan penulis Amerika Serikat, yang lebih dikenal sebagai penulis buku I Kissed Dating Goodbye (1997). Saat ini ia mejabat sebagai salah satu pendeta senior di Covenant Life Church di Gaithersburg, Maryland. Dia adalah anak pertama dari tujuh orang bersaudara kelahiran Gregg dan Sono Harris, pelopor dari pergerakan Kristen untuk sekolah rumahan. Ibunya adalah orang Jepang.
Biografi
Harris menerbitkan majalah New Attitude pada tahun 1994 hingga 1997 yang ditujukan pada murid-murid yang bersekolah di rumah. Buku pertamanya, I Kissed Dating Goodbye diterbitkan pada tahun 1997 dan telah dijual hingga satu juta kopi di seluruh dunia.[1] Buku selanjutnya adalah Boy Meets Girl (2000), yang menjelaskan tentang pertunangannya dengan istrinya, Shannon. Not Even a Hint: Guarding Your Heart Against Lust, diterbitkan pada tahun 2003, tetapi pada tahun 2005 Joshua Harris mengganti judulnya menjadi Sex Is Not the Problem (Lust Is).
