Juan Eudes Afara Maciel (lahir 19 Agustus 1960) adalah politikus Paraguay yang terpilih sebagai wakil presiden pada pemilihan umum tahun 2013. Ia adalah anggota Partai Colorado dan mulai menjabat sejak tanggal 15 Agustus. Pada bulan April 2018 Afara mundur dari jabatan wakil presiden untuk mencalonkan diri sebagai senator;[1][2] akhir bulan itu, Afara terpilih sebagai senator yang mewakili Partai Colorado di pemilihan umum tahun 2018 dan mulai menjabat sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2018.
