Jufureh (juga dieja Juffureh atau Juffure) adalah sebuah kota di Gambia, 30 kilometer ke daratan di tepi utara Sungai Gambia di Divisi North Bank dekat Pulau Kunta Kinteh. Kota ini adalah rumah bagi museum dan Benteng Jillifree.

Jufureh terkenal karena kemunculannya di novel tahun 1976 oleh Alex Haley Roots: The Saga of an American Family, sebagai tempat kelahiran nenek moyangnya Kunta Kinte.[1] Setelah Roots diterbitkan, Jufureh menjadi tujuan wisata yang signifikan. Hal ini memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi kota tersebut, termasuk pembangunan sekolah dasar, pasar baru yang ditujukan untuk wisatawan, dan perbaikan jalan.[2]
