Julia Anne Sweeney (lahir 10 Oktober 1959)[1] adalah seorang aktris, pelawak dan penulis asal Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah anggota pemeran Saturday Night Live dari 1990 sampai 1994. Ia memerankan Mrs. Keeper dalam film Stuart Little dan mengisi suara Brittany dalam Father of the Pride.[2]
Kehidupan awal
Sweeney lahir di Spokane, Washington, kakak perempuan dari Robert Mark Sweeney dan Jeraldine "Jeri" Sweeney (née Ivers).[3] Ayahnya adalah pernah menjadi pengacara dan jaksa wilayah, sementara ibunya adalah ibu rumah tangga. Sweeney berlatar belakang Katolik Irlandia.[4] Sweeney adalah kakak tertua dari lima bersaudara. Dia memiliki saudara laki-laki, William Robert "Bill" Sweeney dan Michael Ivers Sweeney,[5] yang keduanya telah meninggal dunia, Jim Sweeney, dan seorang saudari, Meg Sweeney.
