Julio Velasco (lahir 9 Februari 1952 di La Plata, Argentina) adalah seorang administrator olahraga dan pelatih bola voli profesional Argentina. Pada 2005, Velasco ditambahkan pada Volleyball Hall of Fame. Ia menerima kewarganegaraan Italia sejak 1992.[1]
