K. Parasaran (lahir 9 Oktober 1927) adalah seorang pengacara India. Ia merupakan Advokat Umum Tamil Nadu pada masa pemerintahan Presiden pada 1976 dan kemudian, Jaksa Agung India di bawah kepemimpinan Indira Gandhi dan Rajiv Gandhi. Parasaran dianugerahi Padma Bhushan pada tahun 2003 dan Padma Vibhushan pada tahun 2011. Pada Juni 2012, ia meraih nominasi presidensial untuk Rajya Sabha, dewan tinggi parlemen India.
