Kaarlo Castrén (28 Februari 1860 Pello – 19 November 1938) adalah seorang politikus Finlandia dan Perdana Menteri Finlandia.[1] Ia mewakili Partai Progresif Nasional.
Castrén lahir di Turtola dan lulus pada 1887 sebagai Sarjana Hukum. Dari 1888 sampai 1892, ia bekerja pada divisi keuangan Senat Finlandia
Dari 1892 sampai 1904, Castrén menjadi anggota bank Kansallis-Osake-Pankki. Ia mengikuti pertemuan badan negara pada 1894 dan dari 1905 sampai 1906. Ia menjadi Senator dari 1908 sampai 1909
Pada 1916, Castrén terpilih sebagai direktur Kansallis-Osake-Pankki.
Pada November 1918, Castrén menjadi Menteri Keuangan. Ia menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri Finlandia dari 17 April sampai 15 Agustus 1919.
