Leiocephalidae, atau yang dikenal sebagai kadal ekor-keriting, adalah sebuah famili kadal Iguania yang hanya ditemukan di Hindia Barat, hanya ditemukan di Bahama, Turks dan Caicos, Kepulauan Cayman, Kuba, Hispaniola dan pulau-pulau di sekitarnya.[2][3] Salah satu ciri yang mendefinisikan kadal-kadal ini adalah ekornya yang biasa mengikal. Sebelumnya, mereka dianggap sebagai anggota famili Leiocephalinae dalam familI Tropiduridae. Saat ini, telah diketahui 30 spesies, semuanya dalam genus Leiocephalus.

Leiocephalus carinatus dan Leiocephalus schreibersii telah didatangkan ke Florida.[4]
