Kaisar Saga (嵯峨天皇, Saga-tennō, 3 Oktober 786 – 24 Agustus 842) adalah kaisar Jepang ke-52,[1] menurut urutan suksesi tradisional.[2] Masa kekuasaan Saga berlangsung dari 809 sampai 823.[3]
