Kalutara (bahasa Sinhala: කළුතර, bahasa Tamil: களுத்துறை) atau Kalutota adalah sebuah kota besar di Distrik Kalutara, Provinsi Barat, Sri Lanka. Kota tersebut juga merupakan ibu kota administratif Distrik Kalutara. Kota tersebut berjarak sekitar 40 km (25 mi) dari selatan ibu kota Kolombo. Kawasan tersebut dikenal karena memproduksi manggis, sebuah buah yang diintroduksi dari Malaysia pada abad ke-19.[1]
