Karachi (bahasa Sindh: كراچي, bahasa Urdu: کراچی, Karāčī, diucapkan [kəˈrɑːˌtʃi] ( simak)) adalah kota terbesar di Pakistan dan juga ibu kota Provinsi Sindh. Karachi ialah hub finansial dan komersial Pakistan, Kota ini terletak di Laut Arabia utara-barat Sungai Indus. Dengan populasi sekitar 14 juta, Karachi merupakan salah satu kota terpadat di dunia. Karachi adalah kota pelabuhan.
