Karahan Tepe adalah sebuah situs arkeologi yang terletak di Provinsi Şanlıurfa, Turki. Situs ini berdekatan dengan Göbekli Tepe, dan arkeolog sudah menemukan pilar prasasti (stele) di situs tersebut. Menurut Daily Sabah, penggaliannya menemukan 250 obelisk yang memilik corak gambar hewan" hingga 2020.[1][2]

Situs ini berlokasi didekat Yağmurlu, 46 kilometer di timur Göbekli Tepe, yang terkadang disebut sebagai "situs saudari" dari situs ini.[2][3][4] Hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari Proyek Budaya Göbeklitepe dan Penggalian Karahantepe. Area ini dikenal sebagai "Keçilitepe" oleh masyarakat lokal, dan merupakan bagian dari wilayah dari situs yang serupa, yaitu Tas Tepeler.[2][5]
