Karelia Tver adalah suku bangsa yang menghuni wilayah Tver, Sankt-Peterburg, dan Moskow. Dialek mereka dapat dicirikan karena mereka tidak meminjam kata dari bahasa Balto-Finnik lainnya karena terisolasi secara geografis selama berabad-abad. Meskipun jumlah suku Karelia Tver sekitar 14.633 pada tahun 2002, hanya beberapa (sekitar 25 dalam sebuah sensus) yang menyatakan dialek mereka sebagai bahasa utama mereka. Suku Karelia Tver berjumlah 7.394 pada tahun 2010[2] dan 2.764 pada tahun 2020.[1]
