Katedral Tritunggal Mahakudus[1] (bahasa Rumania: Catedrala Sfânta Treime) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Blaj, Romania.[2][3] Pembangunannya ditugaskan oleh uskup Inocențiu Micu-Klein pada tahun 1738. Gereja ini dibangun oleh arsitek Wina, Anton Erhard Martinelli dan Johann Baptist Martinelli, selesai dibangun pada tahun 1749.[4]

Bangunan ini diperluas pada tahun 1838, ketika dua menara monumental ditambahkan.
