Katedral Santo Yohanes Pembaptis[1] (bahasa Spanyol: Catedral de San Juan Bautista de Calama) atau disebut juga Katedral Calama[2] adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik utama bagi Keuskupan San Juan Bautista de Calama di Calama, Chili.[3] Terletak di jantung kota, di depan alun-alun 23 de Marzo, dan didirikan oleh Uskup Antofagasta Monsignor Luis Silva Lezaeta pada tahun 1906.

Pada tahun 2000 atapnya diubah, ditutup dengan lembaran tembaga yang diekstraksi dan diproses di Chuquicamata, sedangkan menaranya dilapisi dengan bahan yang sama dari tambang Radomiro Tomic. Katedral ini ditahbiskan oleh Monsignor Cristián Contreras Molina pada 11 November 2001.
