Katedral Santo Yosef [1] (bahasa Spanyol: Catedral de San José) juga disebut Katedral Callao atau Gereja Utama Callao adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang berlokasi di El Callao[2] bagian dari provinsi konstitusional Callao bagian dari negara Peru. Katedral ini adalah milik Gereja Katolik. Bangunannya bergaya neoklasik. Pembangunannya selesai pada tahun 1893 dengan desain Antonio Dañino. Ia direnovasi setelah gempa bumi pada tahun 1970. Pada tanggal 16 September 1995, secara resmi ditahbiskan sebagai Katedral Callao.

Katedral ini adalah gereja induk atau gereja utama Keuskupan Callao (Keuskupan Callaënsis) yang didirikan pada tahun 1967[3] oleh Paus Paulus VI melalui bulla Aptiorem Ecclesiarum.

Katedral ini berada di bawah tanggung jawab pastoral Uskup José Luis Del Palacio dan Pérez-Medel.
