Katedral Castries atau yang bernama resmi Basilika Minor Katedral Perawan Tak Bernoda,[1] adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di tengah tiga jalan terkenal, Jalan Peynier, Jalan Micoud dan Laborie Street, dan berseberangan dengan Derek Walcott Square di Castries,[2] ibu kota negara Saint Lucia.[3] Katedral ini merupakan bagian dari Keuskupan Agung Castries, Uskup Agung saat ini adalah Uskup Agung Gabriel Malzaire. Katedral ini dinamai menurut Maria, ibu Yesus, dengan gelarnya, Bunda Maria yang Dikandung Tanpa Noda.
Bangunan "Katedral" ini, sebagaimana umumnya dikenal, merupakan gereja terbesar di Karibia, berukuran 200 ft panjang (61 m) dengan 100 ft lebar (30 m) dan diberi status kehormatan Basilika minor pada 11 Mei 1999 sebagai bagian dari perayaan seratus tahun.
Interiornya didekorasi dengan mural karya seniman asal Santa Lucia, Dunstan St. Omer.
