Katedral Dax (bahasa Prancis: Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Dax) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di kota Dax di Landes département di Prancis.

Keuskupan Dax tidak dipulihkan setelah Revolusi Prancis tetapi bersama beberapa keuskupan lainnya, termasuk Aire, ditambahkan ke Keuskupan Bayonne oleh Konkordat 1801. Pada tahun 1817 bekas keuskupan Dax dan Aire dipisahkan lagi dari keuskupan Bayonne dan bergabung untuk membentuk Keuskupan Aire et Dax yang baru, dengan kedudukan uskup di Katedral Aire.

Pada tahun 1833 kursi uskup secara resmi dipindahkan ke Dax dan Katedral Dax. Katedral Aire tetap menjadi kon-katedral.

Katedral Dax adalah monumen nasional Perancis.[1]
