Katedral Prešov atau yang bernama resmi Katedral Santo Yohanes Pembaptis (bahasa Slowakia: Katedrála svätého Jána Krstiteľa) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Prešov, Slowakia. Katedral ini menjadi pusat kedudukan dan takhta bagi Eparki Agung Prešov dan gereja metropolitan Provinsi Katolik Yunani Slovakia.
Mantan uskup eparki dan martir Pavol Gojdič dan Vasiľ Hopko dimakamkan di sini. Di gereja ini juga terdapat salinan Kain Kafan Turin.
