Katedral Santo Nikolas (bahasa Spanyol: Catedral de San Nicolás ) juga disebut Katedral Tumbes atau Gereja San Nicolás de Tolentino[1] adalah sebuah pro-katedral Katolik yang terletak di wilayah Tumbes di departemen dengan nama yang sama di sebelah utara negara Peru di Amerika Selatan.

Letaknya tepatnya di alun-alun utama Tumbes.[2] Dibangun oleh para pendeta Agustinian pada abad ke-17, ketika negara masih berada di bawah kendali Kekaisaran Spanyol dalam gaya Barok.

Katedral sepenuhnya dipulihkan pada tahun 1985.[3]
