Gereja Katedral Weetebula atau yang bernama lengkap Paroki Katedral Roh Kudus Weetebula adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik di Weetebula (Waitobula), Kota Tambolaka, Sumba Barat Daya, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Gereja Katedral Weetebula didekisasikan untuk Roh Kudus. Katedral ini menjadi pusat kedudukan dan takhta bagi Uskup Weetebula, saat ini Mgr. Edmund Woga.[1]
