Katedral Wheeling atau yang bernama resmi Katedral Santo Yosef (bahasa Inggris: Cathedral of Saint Joseph) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Wheeling, West Virginia, Amerika Serikat. Katedral ini merupakan pusat kedudukan bagi Keuskupan Wheeling-Charleston. Selain menjadi tempat kedudukan uskup, katedral ini adalah rumah bagi umat tertua di kota Wheeling, West Virginia.[1]

Pastor katedral saat ini adalah uskup dari Keuskupan Wheeling-Charleston, Yang Terhormat Mark E. Brennan. Imam yang tinggal saat ini adalah Pastor Justin Golna.[2]
