Kavadh I, juga dieja Kaveh dan Kavad (lahir 449, berkuasa 488–531), adalah putra Peroz I (457–484) dan raja Persia Sassaniyah yang berkuasa dari tahun 488 hingga 531. Ia menggantikan raja sebelumnya yang juga pamannya, Balash (484–488).
Ia digantikan oleh putranya, Khosrau I.
