KazMunayGas (bahasa Kazakh: QazMunaıGaz) adalah sebuah perusahaan minyak bumi dan gas alam Kazakhstan. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2002 dengan penggabungan antara Kazakhoil dan Transportasi Minyak dan Gas.[1]
Pada bulan Mei 2011, KazMunayGas dilanda pemogokan pekerja yang menuntut upah lebih tinggi dan kondisi yang lebih baik.[2]
