Matruh (bahasa Arab: محافظة مطروح) adalah satu dari dua puluh enam kegubernuran di Mesir. Ibu kotanya Marsa Matruh. Terletak di barat laut Mesir, wilayahnya berbatasan dengan negara Libya di barat.
