Kegubernuran Nablus (bahasa Arab: محافظة نابلس Muḥāfaẓat Nāblus) adalah sebuah Kegubernuran di Palestina yang terletak di Dataran Tinggi Tengah Tepi Barat, 53 km sebelah utara al-Quds. Ini mencakup wilayah sekitar kota Nablus yang berfungsi sebagai muhfaza (pusat) kegubernuran. Gubernur distrik tersebut adalah Mahmoud Aloul.

Selama enam bulan pertama Intifadah Pertama, 85 orang dibunuh di Kegubernuran Nablus oleh tentara Israel. Jumlah ini merupakan jumlah tertinggi di seluruh Kegubernuran Tepi Barat.[2]
