Kegubernuran Sousse (bahasa Arab: ولاية سوسة Wilāyat Sūsah pelafalan [ˈsuː.sə]; bahasa Prancis: Gouvernorat de Sousse) adalah salah satu dari dua puluh empat kegubernuran (provinsi) di Tunisia. Kegubernuran ini terletak di pesisir timur Tunisia di timur laut negara tersebut dan meliputi wilayah seluas 2.621 km2 serta berpenduduk 674.971 jiwa (sensus 2014).[2] Ibu kotanya adalah Sousse.
