Kelandgrafan Hessen (bahasa Jerman: Landgrafschaft Hessen) adalah negara bagian Kekaisaran Romawi Suci yang didirikan pada tahun 1264 setelah dipisahkan dari wilayah Kelandgrafan Thüringen. Negara ini dibubarkan pada tahun 1567 karena dibagi-bagi oleh empat anak Landgraf Philipp I menjadi negara-negara berikut:
Wilayah-wilayah Hessen baru akan bersatu lagi setelah Hessen Raya didirikan oleh Sekutu pada tahun 1945.
