Kelelawar Daubenton atau miotis Daubenton (Myotis daubentonii) adalah sebuah kelelawar Eurasia dengan telinga pendek. Spesies tersebut ditemukan di belahan Eurasia, dari Irlandia di barat sampai Hokkaido di timur, dan diyakini meningkat jumlahnya di banyak wilayah persebarannya.
Kelelawar tersebut pertama kali dideskripsikan pada 1817 oleh Heinrich Kuhl, yang mengambil namanya dari naturalis Prancis Louis-Jean-Marie Daubenton.
