Kelelawar spektral (Vampyrum spectrum), atau yang juga dikenal sebagai kelelawar vampir palsu besar, kelelawar palsu amerika, keleleawar spektral besar, atau kelelawar vampir palsu linnaeus, adalah sebuah spesies kelelawar hidung daun karnivor besar yang dapat ditemukan di Meksiko, Amerika Tengah dan Amerik Selatan. Kelelawar spektral menjadi satu-satunya anggota pada genus Vampyrum; kerabat hidup terdekatnya adalah kelelawar berbulu telinga-besar. Spesies ini menjadi spesies kelelawar terbesar di Dunia Baru, serta merupakan kelelawar karnivora terbesar: rentang sayapnya adalah 0,7–1,0 m (2,3–3,3 ft). Kelelawar ini memiliki tengkorak dan gigi yang besar, yang mereka pakai untuk mengigit mangsa dengan kuat. Mangsanya biasanya adalha burung, tetapi mereka juga memakan hewan pengerat, serangga, dan kelelawar lainnya.
