Thomas Kenneth Mattingly II (17 Maret 1936 – 31 Oktober 2023)[1] adalah seorang mantan perwira angkatan laut, penerbang, insinyur penerbangan, pilot uji coba, laksamana muda dan antariksawan asal Amerika Serikat. Ia terbang pada misi Apollo 16, STS-4 dan STS-51-C.
